Neoregelia lilliputiana x smithii is a petite bromeliad known for its compact size. Its vibrant green leaves are adorned with numerous maroon markings, which become progressively darker towards the outer edges. A delicate coating of white scurf adds a subtle touch to the foliage. While the outer leaves display some of the distinctive traits and markings of the smithii variety, they exhibit a less pronounced purple hue.
Grows to a maximum size of: 5" tall x 5" wide
Light requirements: Medium light. Prefers moderate levels of light, such as bright indirect light or filtered sunlight. Thrives in well-lit spaces without direct exposure to intense sunlight.
Temperature requirements: Warm
Soil recommendation: Fast draining. Allow water to flow through it quickly, preventing excessive moisture retention.
Water requirements: Moderate watering. Water the plant thoroughly but allow the soil to partially dry out between waterings.
