Neoregelia guttata is a Brazilian species that grows in a compact, star-like shape with 8-10 leaves. The pale greenish-yellow leaves are speckled with red freckles on both sides, creating a beautiful pattern. During flowering, the center cup of the plant turns a bright red color, creating a striking contrast against its pale yellow foliage. This species has one of the shortest stolons among neoregelias.
Growth habit: Small
Light requirements: Strong filtered light: Prefers moderate levels of light, such as bright indirect light or filtered sunlight. Thrives in well-lit spaces without direct exposure to intense sunlight.
