$40.00 Sold Out
Size: Fully Grown

Neoregelia 'Maribel' is an exquisite variegated mutation of 'Scarlet Charlotte', originating from tissue culture. This remarkable sport, like its parent plant, is the creation of Grant Groves, a renowned hybridizer and nurseryman Florida. The foliage of 'Maribel' displays a captivating blend of green and pinkish-red blush, forming a blotchy pattern, particularly from the leaf tips inward. When in bloom, the plant transitions to a vibrant red coloration. The variegation is primarily concentrated along the margins, with a few additional stray stripes, adding to its allure.

Growth habit: Medium

Light requirements: Strong filtered light: Prefers moderate levels of light, such as bright indirect light or filtered sunlight. Thrives in well-lit spaces without direct exposure to intense sunlight.
