For domestic orders, we utilize USPS Priority Mail or UPS 3-Day Select as our preferred shipping methods. Your order will be dispatched in the sequence it was received, and the handling time may extend up to 7 business days. Business days encompass Monday through Friday. Handling time refers to the duration between receiving payment and physically mailing the package.
Please take note that during freezing temperatures, we will retain your plants until it is safe to ship them. To expedite the shipping process, we recommend including a shipping warmer with your order. This will enable us to ship your order sooner, as soon as the low temperatures rise above freezing, ideally around 37F. Additionally, excessively hot weather may cause delays in shipping. We implement additional insulation and frequently monitor the weather conditions to ensure your plants are shipped only under favorable weather conditions.
