Aechmea Chantinii cv. 'DeLeon' is a highly coveted bromeliad known for its breathtaking coloration. The leaves of this variety are primarily green, but they feature prominent white zig-zag banding and markings on both sides, creating a truly unique and distinctive appearance. The inflorescence emerges from a spike which has numerous clustered buds, which blossom into charming yellow flowers resembling candy corn. This bromeliad thrives as a container plant and can adapt well to fairly sunny locations. However, it should be protected from frost to ensure its continued growth and beauty.
