Neoregelia ampullacea 'San Diego' is an ampullacea-type bromeliad that displays the classic ampoule shape, with flaring leaves that create an eye-catching form. The light green foliage is adorned with charming red speckles on the upper side, while reddish banding adds further allure to the undersides of the leaves. This stoloniferous plant has a tendency to form attractive clusters, making it visually appealing when grown together. It is an excellent choice for hanging pots or baskets, as well as a lovely addition to terrariums.
