Neoregelia 'Dim Sum' is a sought-after small-sized cultivar, resulting from a cross between Screaming Tiger and Golden Boy, developed by Lisa Vinzant. This variety exhibits a captivating pattern, with yellow-green leaves displaying evenly spaced red bands on their undersides. Forming beautiful rosettes approximately 6 inches across, 'Dim Sum' produces these clusters on slender stolons. During the blooming period, 'Dim Sum' maintains its original coloration without undergoing any significant changes. This consistency allows the unique pattern and vibrant hues of the leaves to remain prominent throughout the plant's life cycle.
