Neoregelia 'Ed Prince' x 'Norman Bates' showcases glossy red leaves with indistinct dark reddish-maroon bands. The leaf margins are have small black spines. Pups emerge from the plant's base, exhibiting a unique appearance with elongated, tightly rolled shapes reminiscent of a newspaper. This plant has a dark coloration, but when sunlight filters through it, it transforms into a captivating bright red hue. It has been a part of our collection since 2010, and the identity of the hybridizer remains unknown.
