Neoregelia 'Star Blast', introduced by Chester Skotak, is an outstanding miniature plant that is sure to catch the eye. Its olive green leaves feature a striking central variegation of bright fuchsia-pink stripes and punctated red cross banding. Although there is no cup color change during bloom, this plant multiplies on 3 inch stolons and forms brilliant colors and spectacular clumps with age. 'Star Blast' is a miniature plant, reaching up to 6 inches tall and 7 inches across. Whether you're a collector or just starting with bromeliads, 'Star Blast' is an excellent choice for adding a pop of color to your collection.
